Jordans will pay you £100 within 7 days of deciding your claim has reasonable prospects of success. - How
Jordans will initially ask you to sign a Conditional Fee or a “No
Win No Fee Agreement” allowing us to act on your behalf. We will
then gather evidence sufficient to establish that you have a claim which
in our opinion is more likely to succeed than not. This process may
include contacting the Defendant, witnesses (details of which you have
provided to us) and organisations involved in your accident such as
hospitals or the Police.We will expect your cooperation in
gathering information to establish the prospects of your claim succeeding
and require accurate and truthful instructions from you. Ultimately if
the information you provide is misleading or you later fail to cooperate
with us in pursing your claim Jordans reserves the right to seek
repayment of your bonus in addition to any rights you may have under
the “No Win No Fee Agreement” you have signed.
Finally if at any time you choose to transfer your file to
another firm of solicitors to pursue we reserve the right to
request a refund of the 100 before we release your file of
papers. - When
Whilst difficult to be entirely accurate, we would expect to conclude our
investigations and make a decision on liability within 12 weeks of our
accepting your instructions. Reasonable prospects i.e. greater than 50%
chance of succeeding, will qualify you for our scheme and payment of £100. - Any catches?
We are not offering an advance on your damages. We still guarantee
you will receive ALL of your damages if you win your claim. Also
crucially, if we consider your claim qualifies for our scheme but
you do not succeed in recovering damages WE WILL NOT ask you to pay
us the £100 back (hence you understand the need for our careful investigations).
