Jordans are pleased to announce that we are again supporting Wakefield Business Week. As venue partners we have offered our King Street office as a seminar venue and we also have a stand at the conference.
Below you can find information on the seminars we are hosting in our boardroom;
Monday 2nd June: From 09:30 until 10:30am Gail Powell of Solopreneur will be hosting a seminar entitled “How to write and publish a business book.” The seminar will be in 3 sections:
Section 1 — An easy-to-follow guided step process to writing a unique business book. Section 2 — Information on the various publishing routes available on the market today. Section 3 — How to use your book to market yourself as the ‘go to’ person in your field.
Tuesday 3rd June: There will be five seminars which attendees can book on for as many, or few, as they wish. The title for the morning is “Using Digital Marketing to Generate Leads and Increase Sales” and the seminars will cover;
09:30am — 10:00 Brand Identification and Consistency hosted by Wright Angle Marketing
10:15 — 10:45 Social Media hosted by Social Progress
11:00 — 11:30 Video Marketing hosted by Liquid Lens
11:45 — 12:15 Using Data Effectively hosted by Data Bubble
12:30 — 13:00pm Automated Digital Marketing hosted by The Design Mechanics
Also on Tuesday at 16:30 until 18:00pm Paul Carvell of SFB Sanders Geeson will be hosting a seminar entitled “The key to business growth…having the right vision and goals!” The session is aimed at business owners looking for advice to ensure they set the right vision and goals for their business to ensure success.
Thursday 5th June: From 10:00 until 10:45am Heather Robinson of Skittish will be hosting a seminar entitled “Why email marketing trumps social media every time.” This session is aimed at business owners who are looking for a way to increase leads and sales through email marketing.
Also on Thursday from 12:00 until 13:30pm Peter Cruikshanks of Outside In Management, Martin Haigh of Latitude 7 and Christine Gilkes of Glue Together will be hosting a seminar entitled “A Positive Approach to Change.” This session is aimed at business owners, HR managers and other people leaders who want to improve their organisations and are looking for an alternative approach to introducing change and making it happen.
On Wednesday 4th June our commercial team will be attending the Wakefield Business Week Conference at the Cedar Court Hotel. We have a stand in the seminar hall from 08:00am until 3:30pm and will be offering expert legal advice and information. We hope you can come along and say hello before, or after, attending a seminar.
