Cutting out the middle man results in
a new £100 bonus for clients

Yorkshire Solicitors Jordans launch a bold personal injury bonus scheme for direct new clients.
It is common knowledge within the Personal Injury legal profession that firms pay some insurance companies referral fees for contact details of those involved in accidents. The average person on the street however is not aware that as soon as they make an insurance claim for personal injury their personal details will be sold instantly on to solicitors or third parties who will then contact them directly. That firm may be many miles away from where you live and have little local knowledge of how and where your accident occurred.
“This, behind the scenes, selling of personal injury claims
has been going on for many years without publicity. Referral fees are seen by many now as a necessary evil, with price wars between firms allowing claim farmers to sell your details hundreds of pounds a time. You will never see a penny of this. You may find that your claim is being dealt with by a firm of solicitors who is prepared to pay the most for your claim, rather than by a firm who is most experienced and qualified to provide you with the best service and ensure you recover the damages to which you are entitled,” explains Christine Sands, Head of Personal Injury at Yorkshire Solicitors Jordans.
“We, as a firm, have a policy of not buying claims from third parties. Instead we would like to ensure our client’s receive the best advice from the most experienced and well qualified lawyers appropriate to their case. In addition to ensuring this and to demonstrate the fact that we do not buy our cases we are launching an innovative scheme to reward to the clients directly. We will pass what other firms pay to middle men onto our injury clients by offering a £100 bonus up front. Why should middle men benefit from the misfortune of our clients?”
She add, “The sooner the general public wake up to what is happening to their claim when they have an accident the sooner we can avoid the need for claim farmers. For all those who have been involved in an accident and have sustained injury through no fault of their own I urge you to contact us directly to see if you qualify for the scheme and allow us to fight
your case for you.”
This new scheme is available via all of Jordans Yorkshire Offices, in Dewsbury Castleford and Wakefield
