Head of Commercial Company and Commercial

Having spent 5 years as part of the private equity team of a large Leeds law firm Cathy has experience in buying and selling companies, Management buy outs and buy ins, shareholders agreements and Group reorganisations. She advises on e-trading including terms and conditions and privacy statements.

Commercially, as a result of 6 years in industry Cathy can advise on Distribution, Agency and Supply Agreements, Data Protection issues, licence agreements, standard terms and conditions of trading, Marketing law. Her experience in industry means that she is used to advising clients in a practical, solution driven way within tight timescales.

Outside work I have 4 children who keep me very busy but I also appreciate art and have organised an annual open house art day in Headingley Leeds for the last 2 years.
