Richard has dealt with employers’ liability, public liability and RTA cases for 10 years. He has dealt with cases from minor whiplash claims to complex multi party actions where damages have settled in excess of 1 million. He is currently assisting with professional negligence cases against solicitors who have under settled Vibration White Finger claims on behalf of coal miners.

Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives specializing in Civil litigation - Personal injury. He is also a member of APIL.

Richard is a keen cyclist, both on and off road and lives in North Yorkshire.
