Susan has considerable experience of acting for both commercial clients and individuals across the full spectrum of litigation and disputes. Acting on behalf of commercial clients this includes cases such as company or partnership disputes, contract disputes and debt collection, building and construction disputes and property litigation. In the domestic arena this extends to acting for individuals in such matters as neighbour and boundary disputes and contested probate and will disputes.

Susan joined Jordans in January 2010 as Head of Litigation.

In her spare time Susan enjoys reading, visits to the cinema, keeping fit and long walks on the beach at Scarborough.
