• Assisting a Mother who suffered severe domestic violence and abuse from her Husband. £1.2 million assets and Sarah helped guide, support and assist her through the financial and divorce process, to receive a favourable settlement, ultimately protecting the Mother and the children from any further abuse;
• Obtained an emergency Non-Molestation Order and Specific Issue Order to protect a Mother and to recover her child who had been snatched by the Father. Liaised with the Police to recover the child physically from the Father’s hands at 10.oopm in the evening;
• Supported and assisted a Husband in an abusive relationship, with an ultimate outright settlement to him of the pre-marital capital assets.
