Jordans today set out its support for former Justice Secretary Jack Straw’s report into fees for lists of accident claims paid to insurance companies, where he called for them to be abolished.
We are calling on the government to stop the payment of these fees to insurance companies for personal injury cases.
While it is essential that people should be able to take legitimate cases when they have suffered avoidable negligence at the hands of wrong doers, it is quite wrong for insurance companies to sell these claims to the highest bidder.
