An article written by the BBC on the Solar centre abuse case reported that Two of the former health workers were found guilty of abusing disabled patients at a day care centre in South Yorkshire.

The article then went on to explain that a jury at Sheffield Crown Court that the convicted defendants mistreated 17 vulnerable adults in their care. And that many of those abused had a range of physical disabilities.

One of the defendants was found guilty of 10 counts of ill-treatment and another found guilty on 15 counts.
