Commerical lease at Trinity Walk Shopping Centre, Wakefield
Keira Rawden, Head of Property and Commercial, was instructed by Mobile Media to take a commerical lease of the new LED electronic advertsing screen and Wayfarer screens at Wakefield Trinity Walk shopping centre.
The large screen is the only one of its kind in Wakefield and accommodates full motion digital content.
Keira commented that “this was an unusual lease beacuse it was not of property, land or buildings, but was instead of a giant TV suspended above the ground. I was proud to be involved in this deal because Trinity Walk is at the forefront of the shopping experience in Wakefield and adds value to our community.”
Over 11.4 million people pass through Trinity Walk annually and the screen gives a great opportunity for out of home advertising.
Jordans Solicitors will be one of the first companies to advertise on the screen – so keep an eye out for us!
Pete Monteith, Technical Development Manager, Mobile Media said of Jordans:
“We instructed Keira to undertake the aspect of obtaining a commercial lease for one of our sites in Wakefield in 2016 and to act as our advisor in regards to the acquisition. Keira exceeded our expectations in all areas and her excellent communication skills and advice in a legal capacity ensured a smooth acquisition. We would have no hesitation in recommending Keira and will be using her ourselves for future acquisitions and commercial leases.”
