Last weekend was The Hepworth Wakefield Print Fair, held in the Calder, their converted mill space. This event should have been between 2nd – 4th March but was cancelled due to the bad weather the country was experiencing.

Julian Gill, a member of our Property and Commercial law team attended this event and had this to say:-

“Spent a most enjoyable few hours at the Hepworth Wakefield (Art Fund Museum of the Year 2017) on Sunday afternoon for the Jordans sponsored Family Activities event and Print Fair 2018. Great to see so many people of all ages spending creative time together or simply enjoying others’ creativity in these unique surroundings. There is always so much going on at the Hepworth; Wakefield is truly fortunate to be such a hub of artistic excellence which puts us fairly and squarely “on the map”. Great that Jordans is so closely associated with its work. Get down there and share the experience!”

As mentioned by Julian, Jordans supports The Hepworth Wakefield’s learning program, we are a proud corporate partner of this exciting venue in the heart of Wakefield.

Further to this and as part of our commitment to promoting local art, Jordans Solicitors will be showcasing work by Jane Walker in Unity Hall on Wednesday 28th March between 5pm-8pm as part of the Wakefield Artwalk.
