Jordan’s Solicitors take Community Support and Corporate Social Responsibility seriously. We believe that as a firm we have a responsibility to make a positive difference to our clients and the places where we have a presence which means that we are passionate about supporting local events such as the Wakefield Artwalk.

The Artwalk takes place every two months, always on the last Wednesday of the month, starting from January each year. It exists to showcase local, national and international talent in a whole range of settings. 2018 marks the ten year anniversary of the Artwalk.

Situated in the iconic Unity Hall located in the civic quarter of Wakefield, Jordans Artwalk event is held between 5pm-8pm.

We are always on the look out for any artist who wishes to showcase their work at the event. We will arrange to meet the artist in the weeks leading up to the Artwalk to show them the space which is  available for the night. We ask that artists arrive and setup before 5pm on the night of the event. Artists are to provide any snacks and refreshments and there will be members of staff from Jordans on hand during the event.

This year on Wednesday 28th March 2018 we showcased art from Jane Walker and featured poetry by local poets Michael Yates and Angie de Courcy Bower.
