Jordans Solicitors represent victims who suffered abuse whilst at Children’s Homes run by Leeds City Council.

Victims are claiming compensation for physical and sexual abuse they suffered by members of night, care and teaching staff employed by Leeds City Council. The allegations span many decades and there are approximately 70 cases proceeding in the Leeds Court.

The Court has made a decision for all the cases to be pursued and managed together under a Group Litigation Order and Jordans Solicitors have been appointed Lead Solicitors for the Group.

A Group Litigation Order has been made by the Court. The Court has ordered that the cut off date for anyone who is eligible to join the Group is the 31st January 2019.

If you went to a Leeds Children’s Home and suffered abuse we would urge you to contact Jordans Solicitors as you claim may fall within the current Group Litigation and you may be eligible for litigation.

You can either contact the Jordans Abuse team free on 0330 300 1103 or by requesting a call back.
