Wendy has 19 years family law experience, she qualified in 1998 and has specialised in family law ever since. She joined Jordans in 2017. A member of Resolution which adopts a non-confrontational approach to resolving matters Wendy is also a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Wendy's experience is in divorce and complicated financial matters involving high value claims, businesses and pensions.
She is a strong advocate in children proceedings; Wendy's wealth of experience includes cases involving child care arrangements and applications to remove children from the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
In 2014 Wendy became an accredited Mediator with the Family Mediation Council dealing with all issues such as finances and children attempting to resolve matters without going to court. She undertakes Mediation and Information Assessment Meetings which in some cases is a requirement before issuing proceedings at court.
Outside of work Wendy is a keen but fair weather runner, enjoys Yoga and being actively involved in her children's own activities.
