Solving claims and disputes
We can help you solve your claims and disputes. We will always try to solve your claims and disputes without going to court. This is because it is usually quicker and cheaper for you. It is also very stressful going to court. If somebody has taken you to court we will still try to settle the claim as soon as possible. If court proceedings cannot be avoided we have the experience and knowledge to deal with them and guide you through the process.
Small Claims Court
If your claims and disputes end up at Court and are worth less than £10,000 they will usually be dealt with under the small claims procedure. This means that even if you win your case you will not recover any lawyer’s costs from the other person. Because of this many people handle their own cases. To help you we have prepared a small claims guide here. If you still need expert help get in touch with us.
