Case Study - Hill End Hospital Settlement Claim

Our client’s claim involved her time when she was a patient at Hill End Adolescent Unit. She was admitted there when she was 12 years of age. During her time there, she was sedated on 40 occasions and suffered a serious sexual assault. 

Details of the claim were submitted under the scheme, and her medical records were reviewed and submitted as supporting evidence of the injuries she suffered arising from her treatment whilst she was there.

A claim was concluded for our client through the scheme in the sum of £73,500.
