Sponsored Step Challenge for Safeline!

As part of our ongoing support and partnership with Safeline, Jordans Solicitors Abuse Compensation team undertook a huge sponsored step challenge to raise awareness and fundraise for the deserving charity.

The Challenge: 250… 750… 1000 miles for Safeline!

Throughout the month of July, the team of 12 set out to walk 250 miles between them - the equivalent of a round trip between Jordans office and Safeline’s base in Warick.

It quickly became apparent that the team were highly committed to the challenge, hitting the target early on. Not wanting to stop, they then increased the challenge to 750 miles. The team not only hit that target but continued on and exceeded the 1000 mile point!!

A fantastic team effort saw them walk a total distance of 1129 miles!

Not only did they succeed in the challenge, but they raised £1300 in sponsorship in doing so!

The target for fundraising was £1000, which covers the cost of a Victims Forum which will take place in the Autumn of this year. We are delighted to have not only reached our target but to also exceed it, providing even more vital funds to help Safeline.
