This week (10th – 14th November) we are supporting ‘Good Divorce Week 2025’, where we celebrate what it means to be part of Resolution, and highlight the benefits of a ‘good divorce’.

So, what is Resolution?

Resolution is a membership of family law professionals who commit to their Code of Practice. As part of the community, members champion a better way of resolving family issues, promoting a constructive approach that considers the needs of the whole family.
