Cat tells us “In 2023, our client bought a bag of frozen chips which he later cooked at home. Our client reported a sharp pain and a cracking noise upon biting one of the chips, which was found to have had a stone inside. This resulted in a crack to one of their upper teeth. As a result of this, our client required dental treatment and continued to suffer with temperature sensitivity and pain and discomfort when eating”
