Here at Jordans we are a Dementia Friendly Firm.

As the number of people living with dementia continues to rise, Wills and Probate solicitors are increasingly likely to work with clients affected by cognitive impairment. 

As part of our commitment to client care, our Wills and Probate Team work with Alzheimer's Society to better understand Dementia and what life is like for those who suffer with it.

Our staff have completed training, which allows us to recognise the signs and symptoms of dementia, understand how Dementia affects behaviour, memory, communication and decision-making. 

This increased knowledge, empathy and practical skills enables us to adapt our approach, ensuring clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the legal process and build positive relationships with clients affected by dementia. 

We understand the importance and how to present information clearly in order to reduce anxiety and create a comfortable environment for clients to participate fully in discussions about their affairs.
