Residential Conveyancing Department
Shaquille is a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property Departments, having joined Jordans Solicitors shortly after graduating with a Masters in Law and Practice from the University of Huddersfield in 2016.
He has worked in Jordans Residential Conveyancing department since 2017 where he regularly deals with Sales, Purchases, Leasehold Properties, Shared Ownership Properties, New Builds, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages and Legal Charges. He can also deal with Reconstitution of title, First registrations, Declaration of Trusts and Transfer of Parts.
Within the Commercial department, Shaquille regularly deals with sales and purchases of commercial properties, sales and purchases of agricultural land, commercial leases, licences and option agreements.
Shaquille is also a member of Dementia Friends and participates in the University of Huddersfield’s Law School’s Mentoring Scheme providing support to Law Students looking to start their legal career.
