Lasting Powers of Attorneys are an essential part of planning for the future.

As we get older there is a risk that we become infirm or suffer illness which results in becoming unable to manage our own affairs. Even if this is not a concern for you, you could suffer an accident which causes a sudden unexpected loss of capacity.
Whilst we understand it’s not a pleasant topic to imagine, it is important that you consider what would happen in this scenario and how you would like it to be managed.
It is therefore sensible to consider making a Lasting Power of Attorney, by appointing someone you trust to manage your affairs on your behalf as an essential part of planning for the unforeseeable.
