Charlotte joined Jordans Solicitors in November 2025 as a paralegal.
She works in the CICA department (Criminal Injuries Compensation) where she assists with each case, offering guidance and support throughout the claims process.
Charlotte is based mainly in Dewsbury but takes instructions from clients nationally.
Charlotte graduated from Edge Hill University in 2017 after studying a degree in Law with Criminology, from there she went on to gain a Post Graduate Diploma in Criminal Justice at Liverpool John Moores University.
She has previously worked in Asylum and Immigration.
She has experience handling large caseloads and making sure that every client leaves feeling valued and respected. Charlotte prides herself on her ability to connect with her clients and goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
