Susan Lewis Director

Susan is a Director, Solicitor and the Head of the firm’s commercial and property departments. 

Susan joined Jordans Solicitors in January 2010 and has over 24 years’ experience.

She has considerable experience in providing advice to clients of all sizes on a range of company and commercial matters, which includes asset and share sales and purchases,  management buy-outs, company buy out of own shares along with assisting companies with their own corporate governance, including re-structuring of company holdings, drafting bespoke articles of association and shareholders agreements.

Susan has acted for a range of clients from new business start-ups, SME’s, family businesses including family investment companies from a range of industries from the retail and manufacturing sectors as well as service sectors.
